In August 2007, Southampton City Council began a 10 year strategic partnership with Capita. We are working with the Council to deliver customer services as well as HR and Payroll, IT, property management, print and design, procurement operations and revenues and benefits. The aim of the partnership is to support the council in providing excellent services that achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The partnership will also bring benefits to council staff through modern and effective support services and deliver excellent services to the people of Southampton.
Capita is committed to the growth and development of Southampton and is actively supporting regeneration by developing a brand new regional business centre in the heart of the City adjacent to the Guildhall Square. This building will become a ‘centre of excellence’ for the region. It will be well equipped to deliver efficient and effective support services for many years to come.
